Billing and Payment Information Update

1. Advance Payment

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the payment information associated with your account is up to date and that all invoices are paid within the stipulated deadlines. You agree to pay for the Services in advance for the period in which such Services will be provided. Subject to applicable laws, regulations, and policies, payments received will first be applied to the oldest outstanding invoice within your billing account.

2. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you accept that, until you formally notify DFX CLOUD SOLUTIONS LLC of your intent to cancel the Services, they will be automatically and recurrently billed using the credit card or other payment method registered on our platform. This mechanism is intended to prevent service interruptions.

3. Overdue Payments – Non-Payment

All invoices must be paid before the established due date. Any failure to make payment after this date may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the Services. Access to the account will only be restored once full payment has been received.

If you fail to pay the stipulated fees, DFX CLOUD SOLUTIONS LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and initiate the necessary procedures to recover the outstanding amounts, including but not limited to collection fees, arbitration costs, legal fees, and reasonable expenses for legal representation.

4. Misuse or Fraudulent Activity

The misuse or fraudulent use of credit cards, debit cards, electronic fund transfers, electronic checks, or other payment methods constitutes a severe violation of this Agreement. DFX CLOUD SOLUTIONS LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to report any fraudulent activity to government authorities, law enforcement agencies, credit bureaus, financial institutions, and credit card issuers.

5. Service Termination

DFX CLOUD SOLUTIONS LLC may, without prior notice, partially or entirely terminate your access to the Services under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to pay any outstanding amount.

  • Violation of the terms of this Agreement.

  • Engaging in activities that may compromise the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the systems, including but not limited to attempts at manipulation, hacking, spamming, denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or other illicit or malicious practices.

6. Price Modifications

DFX CLOUD SOLUTIONS LLC reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the rates applicable to its Services. It is the client’s sole responsibility to periodically review the billing information provided through the user portal or other official communication channels, such as email notifications or updates posted on our website.

7. Refund Policy

As a general rule, DFX CLOUD SOLUTIONS LLC does not issue refunds. However, in exceptional circumstances where a product or service has operational failures exclusively attributable to DFX CLOUD SOLUTIONS LLC, a proportional or full refund request may be evaluated. Reasonable efforts will initially be made to resolve the issue, and if a solution is not viable within 96 hours, the corresponding refund will be processed within a maximum of 72 hours from the date of payment or activation of the product or service.

The customer will not be entitled to request a refund if more than 72 hours have elapsed since the payment was credited or the service was activated. No exceptions.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Purchases of licenses, digital products, or short-, medium-, and long-term services.

  • Requests based on testing, ordering errors, or changes of mind (e.g., "I no longer need it," "Economic reasons," "Project change," "Cancellation without reason," "None," "Other," "Trial," "Will not continue my project," "Error," "Not what I want or need," "Regret").

  • Fees and taxes associated with payment gateways, which are non-refundable under any circumstances.

8. Cancellations

The customer may cancel their product or service at any time. However, if the cancellation is made voluntarily, no refund will be granted.

9. Promotions

DFX CLOUD SOLUTIONS LLC may offer promotions for both new and existing customers. Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or misuse a promotion will result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of the order, license, or service without the right to a refund.

10. Force Majeure or Reasonable Circumstances

Neither party shall be liable for breaches or delays in fulfilling contractual obligations (except for overdue payments) if they result from circumstances beyond their reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: fires, floods, natural disasters, labor disputes, accidents, wars, terrorism, transportation or communication disruptions, supply shortages, third-party failures in the delivery of equipment or materials, or any other force majeure event.
